Add, Edit and Delete Restrict Disclosure Options

Add, Edit and Delete Restrict Disclosure Options

1. Navigate to the Patient Submission

2. Go to Authorization Release


3. From the Admin Icon select Settings


4. Manage Authorization of Usage and Disclosure options

- ADD

Click on the "+" icon located on first table labeled Restrict Disclosure. 


Enter Restrict Disclosure option name


- Edit

Click on the Edit Button located on first table labeled Restrict Disclosure. 


Update Restrict Disclosure option name. 


- Delete

Click on the Delete button located in the drop down on first table labeled Restrict Disclosure. 


Click the Delete button at the bottom of the dialogue box. 



Restrict Disclosure options will be updated on the form
