Add, Edit and Delete Purpose of Requests Options

Add, Edit and Delete Purpose of Requests Options

1. Navigate to the Patient Submission

2. Go to Authorization Release


3. From the Admin Icon select Settings


4. Manage purpose of requests options

- ADD

Click on the "+" icon located on first table labeled Purpose of Request. 


Enter purpose of request option name. 

- Edit

Click on the Edit Button located on first table labeled Purpose of Request. 


Update purpose of request option name. 


- Delete

Click on the Delete button located in the drop down on first table labeled Purpose of Request. 

Click the Delete button at the bottom of the dialogue box. 


Purpose of requests options will be updated on the form
