Add, Edit and Delete a Status Type

Add, Edit and Delete a Status Type

1. Navigate to the Internal

2. Go to Call List  and select Pending


3. From the Admin Icon select Status Types



Add a Status Type
- Select Add


- Enter all applicable information. Click the Add button at the top of the dialogue box. 


Edit a Status Type
- From the Action Colum select the Edit Button.


- Update the information on the dialogue box. Click the Update button at the top of the dialogue box. 



Delete a Status Type
From the Action Colum select the Delete Button in the dropdown.


- Click the Delete button at the bottom of the dialogue box. 

Updates will be reflected immediately 

Each status type must be assigned as Pending or Complete.
When will show up in the pending or completed sheet accordingly.
