Add, Edit and Delete Authorization of Usage and Disclosure Options

Add, Edit and Delete Authorization of Usage and Disclosure Options

1. Navigate to the Patient Submission

2. Go to Authorization Release


3. From the Admin Icon select Settings


4. Manage Authorization of Usage and Disclosure options

- ADD

Click on the "+" icon located on first table labeled Authorization of Usage. 


Enter Authorization of Usage option name


- Edit

Click on the Edit Button located on first table labeled Authorization of Usage. 


Update Authorization of Usage option name. 


- Delete

Click on the Delete button located in the drop down on first table labeled Authorization of Usage. 


Click the Delete button at the bottom of the dialogue box. 



Authorization of Usage options will be updated on the form
