Prep Required
Gather these items before starting

- Create Call Lists
      * Birthday Follow Up, Hedis Lists, ER Follow up
- Create Status's for the records 
- CSV of records wanted to be uploaded


1- Upload Status's



2- Add Call Sheets and Assign Status's



3- Add Contact Templates



4- Upload Contacts to your List
