Send a Message to a Call Sheet Record (SMS/Email)

Only Approved Contact Templates will be available. 

1. Navigate to the Internal

2. Go to Call List  and select Pending

3. From the Action Colum select the Send Message Button in the dropdown.


4.  Select the SMS/Email to be sent

Users can ONLY select 1 SMS and 1 Email blast to send at a time

5. Click the Send Blast button at the top of the dialogue box. 
Updates will be reflected immediately 
Note: If Filters are used then information only from the applied filters will be displayed in the table
