Mass Upload Records to Call Sheets
1. Navigate to the Internal
2. Go to Call List and select Pending
3. From the Admin Icon select Call Sheets
4. Select a Call List and click on Go
Records can only be uploaded to 1 sheet at a time
5. Chose a file and select upload.
Only CSV files can be uploaded
6. Map columns from the CSV to the fields in the call sheets
Pick a status which will be assigned to all uploaded records
7. Click the Finalize button at the top of the dialogue box.
Records with matching External ID will update those records
Updates will be reflected immediately
