View Survey Responses
1. Navigate to the Patient Submissions section.
2. Go to Survey and select Breakdowns
3. Select the view response option
- Users can view the responses
For Question Types: Text Box, Email, Phone, and Date. Responses will be listed.
For Question Types: Checkbox, Rating and Radio. Responses will be shown with percentage.
