Upload Records for Authorization Release in Dashboard

Only Records Requested authorization release can have records uploaded

1. Navigate to the Patient Submission

2. Go to Authorization Release

3. From the Action Colum select the Upload Records Button in the dropdown.

4. Upload the file and select the upload and notify option

Submitter and the Receiving Practice will be notified and can download records from the Documents Portal
