Share Form for Update Demo Form URL

1. Navigate to the Patient Submission

2. Go to Update Demo

3. From the Admin Icon select the Share Form

4. Choose sending method - Phone or Email

For SMS

- Enter the Phone Number

 For Email

- Enter the Email Address

5. Click the Send Invite Button at the top of the dialogue box. 

Invite will be sent immediately
