Share Form for a HIPAA Agreement Form URL

1. Navigate to the Internal

2. Go to Compliance and select HIPAA

3. From the Admin Icon select Share Form

4. Choose sending method - Phone or Email

For SMS

- Enter the Phone Number

 For Email

- Enter the Email Address

5. Click the Send Invite Button at the top of the dialogue box. 

Invite will be sent immediately
