Mark New Patient Intake From Completed

Only In Progress New Patient Intake Forms can be Marked Completed 

1. Navigate to the Patient Submission

2. Go to New Patient 

3. From the Patient Name Colum select the Complete Button in the dropdown.

4. Click the "Complete" button at the bottom of the dialogue box. 

New patient intake form will be manually marked completed
