Add, Edit and Delete Contact Templates (SMS/Email)

Add, Edit and Delete Contact Templates (SMS/Email)

1. Navigate to the Internal

2. Go to Call List  and select Pending


3. From the Admin Icon select Contact Templates



Add a Contact Templates
- Click on Add


- Enter the applicable information. 


- If users select save as draft, status will be shown as draft. 


- If users select submit for approval status will be shown as pending.
Approval requests will be sent to RTP Medical Solution Admins. 
Approvals take between 24 to 48 hours


Contact blasts will only be available for use AFTER approval.


Edit a Contact Templates
- Click on Edit


- Enter the applicable information. 


- If users select save as draft, status will be shown as draft.

Delete a Contact Templates
- From the Action Colum select the Delete Button in the dropdown.


- Click the Delete button at the bottom of the dialogue box.
