2 - Initial Setup

Prep Required
Gather these items before starting

- General Practice Info
      * Company Name, Number, Fax, Email, Address 
      * Contact Name
      * Logo
      * List of Practice Location Names, Numbers, Fax's, Email's, Address's, Websites, Images
      * List of Physician Names, Descriptions and Pictures
- User Information
      * List of Users First and Last Names, Date of Births, Emails, Phone Numbers


1 - Go to Setting - Company Details




2- Update any and all details in the General Information tab



3- Add Locations from the Locations Tab


4- Add Physicians from the Physicians Tab




5- Associate Physicians with their Locations 




6- Check Roles for desired access for users



7- Create All Users for your practice.

















 
















8Check Notifications for desired notification for users.




Do not update any other API's until you have consulted with your RTP Onboarding Specialist
Veins Patient Tracker Integration will done by your RTP Onboarding Specialist.
