      * If you don't have an authorize.net ask your RTP Onboarding Rep

    • Refund Collected Payments

      1. Navigate to the Internal 2. Go to Payments 3. From the Action Colum select the Refund Button. - Enter the refund amount 4. Click the Refund button at the bottom of the dialogue box.  Refund Receipt will sent to the patient immediately
    • Send a Payment Request Reminder VIA SMS/Email

      1. Navigate to the Internal 2. Go to Payments 3. From the Action Colum select the Reminder Button in the dropdown. Note : An SMS/Email will be sent out to the recipient's SMS/Email address 
    • Send Payment Receipts to Patients

      1. Navigate to the Internal 2. Go to Payments 3. From the Action Colum select the Receipt Button in the dropdown. 4. Click the Send button at the bottom of the dialogue box.
